Company Leads

We generate a very high volume of high-quality inbound leads. These come in from a variety of sources including phone calls, property inquiries, webform contact requests, webchats, and remarketing ads. These potential clients are in different stages of the buyer or seller journey. We train our agents on how to figure out where a prospect is in the buyer/seller journey and how to systematically nurture those prospects to ultimately convert them into a closed sale.

Online reputation management

In today’s world, reviews can make or break a buyer or seller’s decision to work with you. Our close-out process includes updating your Zillow profile for your so that your most recent sales are always visible online. Our automated review request system gives you the highest likelihood of a 5-star review after closing. There will always be clients that are a little more difficult to work with than others. Our process is to first have our agent rate the client from 1-5. Our automated review request only goes out to clients that an agent has rated 4 or higher.

newsletters

We send Lehigh Valley real estate focused newsletters on your behalf (from you) to your database. Most real estate newsletters have lukewarm content and are deleted without being opened. Our newsletters are engaging, compelling, and extremely well-received. New agents almost always comment on new business they’ve received from their sphere of influence as a result of our newsletter program.

Listing & Buyer Presentations

One of the most important and valuable tools in any successful agent’s toolbox is their buyer and listing presentations. We’ve built and refined our presentations over the course of 200+ transactions. Not only do we provide these presentations, but we give all of our agents high-level training on how to use the presentations to provide value to their clients and earn more business.

SOI Nurture program

Your Sphere of Influence is the most consistent source of new business. Your sphere includes past clients, friends, family, and business colleagues that can potentially give you referral business. Most agents don’t have a system in place to stay in touch with their SOI. Our SOI Nurture Program puts this on auto-pilot for you. It includes neighborhood market updates, newsletters, monthly updates on their home value via Homebot, and an invitation to our yearly client appreciation event. It’s effective on its own, and even more effective when you sprinkle in personal emails and phone calls.
