Once an agent gets a buyer or seller under contract, a tag is added to the client’s Follow Up Boss record which begins the transaction coordination automation. Once the tag is applied, a chronological order of tasks is then assigned to the agent to send templated emails that will keep the buyer and seller informed on key contract dates and where they are in the buying/selling journey.

All agents receive training on the Contract to Close process. This is one of the many tools we provide our agents to provide a 5-star experience to their clients.
