Leads

Through our various marketing channels, we’re able to provide our agents with a minimum of 30 buyer/seller leads per month. our structure and lead programs are built to allow agents to provide phenomenal service to company leads who then become loyal and repeat clients who refer them business.

Arguably more important than lead generation is lead conversion. we provide our agents with the training and tools necessary to convert new leads into ready, willing, and able buyers/sellers.

 

Remote lead duty

One of the quickest ways to build your database and take your production to the next level is by signing up for Lead Duty. An agent who is on lead duty gets the “first crack” at any inbound leads on the day(s) they're assigned. Leads come from multiple sources including Google PPC, Facebook ads, web chats, property showing requests, call-ins to the main line, etc. Agents are not required to come into the office for Lead Duty but are expected to respond to any inquiries and leads that come in during their Lead Duty day.

Lead pond

All agents have access to a Lead Pond list in their Follow Up Boss CRM. This is a “pond” of leads in our database that have gone cold or have been unresponsive. Agents are welcome to work these leads at any time. There is gold in the lead ponds and we teach our agents the best practices to convert these opportunities.

Red x

All of our agents have access to the Red X prospecting platform. This is a tool that gives you the opportunity to call FSBOs, Expired Listings, and to farm specific neighborhoods. While using this tool isn’t mandatory, we highly encourage dedicating time to prospect with this tool as a way to build your database of homeowners and potential sellers. As with all of our lead systems, we provide high-level training on how to use this tool and best practices for engaging with the homeowners you connect with.

Self-generated and referral business

While we provide company leads to all of our agents, our goal is to assist our agents in growing their business so that most of their sales come from referrals and repeat business (which our agents get paid a higher commission split on). Most of our agents at first rely on company provided leads to build their database and grow their Sphere of Influence. Through our training programs, automation technologies, and SOI Nurture Program our agents begin to rely less on company leads as their business starts to become a well-oiled self-sustaining machine.
